The Great Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Choice
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of several companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foodstuff and Drug Management have issued warning letters to a further ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be favored by young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, a number of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, they were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These claims were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory requirements or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription industry distribution label particularly stated that the product could possibly be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports drink up or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he / she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the consumption of candies, not chewing gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to turn out to be misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include appropriate statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the merchandise was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small children would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They might probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false advertising is to strictly regulate the creation of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or product packaging that claim that a product is acceptable on the market when it is not really.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice products including several premium brands, several which had a range of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Awesome Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not interest me. I was incorrect.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked a lot like the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to hold onto while smoking because the entire oral cavity of the disposable gadget was filled up with the whitish color of nicotine. I looked at the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained a similar things that I have come to expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other goods: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between this product and the other products was that product did not include any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece delicately on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Promptly, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that has been not found during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My second puff sent a rush of flavor through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled little by little while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a gentle pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a lovely and tangy style with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled properly into my lungs, presenting me all the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session and never have to worry about getting a bad buzz off of it.
